How to order

1. Choose a product that you want to buy and add it to a cart
2. Select quantity
3. Go to cart
4. Choose delivery options (delivery/personal pickup)
5. Choose how you want to pay (prepayment/cash on personal pickup)
6. Confirm your order and Fill in your data needed to issue an invoice

How the order is processed?

1. After receiving the order we will contact you by phone or e-mail
2. If you choose our delivery we agree on the delivery price
3. We set the date for order completion and delivery or personal pickup
4. We issue a proforma invoice
5. After receiving the payment we send the ordered goods or wait for their collection

Each order includes a set of wedges, keys and conic pins.

ORDER COMPLETION TIME

If the ordered goods are available in stock the order will be shipped within 2 working days from the date of receipt of payment.
We try to have all type of forms available in stock. However, due to the large number of orders, the waiting time for a new form is determined in contact with the customer after placing an order.

SHIPMENT

We provide three delivery options:
- Personal pickup
- Shipment provided by client
- Delivery on our side

Personal pickup
The ordered goods may be collected directly from our company: P.P.U.H. „POLAK”, ul. Słowackiego 92, 42-300 Myszków (POLAND). We release the goods only after receive of payment. In that case please contact our sales representative: +48602554608. +48606547966 We also offer the possibility of paying in cash upon personal pickup. But the order must be up to 15 000,00 PLN Brutto (tax included).

Shipment provided by client
If the customer chooses this form during the ordering process, please select the option “Personal pickup”. Before we release goods, the client must send us a signed authorization for the driver to collect the order, otherwise we will not release the order. We release the goods only after the payment has been credited to our account. In that case please contact our sales representative

Delivery on our side
Our company works with an international carrier Raben Group Polska. We ship palettes also abroad. The cost of transport varies depending on many factors (such as the number of pallet spaces, weight, distance), so we calculate every transport individually for each order.

DELIVERY TIME

If the ordered goods are in the stock, shipping can take place on the same day or the next day after we receive the payment. Delivery time within Poland is usually 2-4 working days.
